It tastes good a perfect combination of flavor and sweetness. My only downside is it contains more sugar than I normally eat because I am diabetic. So I could not eat too much of it. But I am glad my children and husband can. Its a great way to sneak in better for you ingredients that your family won't normally eat. We loved it.
